The package is large and heavy and is sent by registered mail. Prevention is therefore better for the environment and for our wallets. It is not easy to get everything back in the box in the right way. <\/p><p>Below you will find all the information about returning or exchanging an item.<\/p><h2>Within how many days do I have to contact you or return an item?<\/h2><p>Are you not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem! Returning the item is very easy!  <\/p><ul><li><h3>14 days to reconsider<\/h3><\/li><\/ul><p>After receiving your order, you have 14 days to decide whether you want to keep the item.<\/p><p>Unfortunately, after 14 days we can no longer accept return requests and exchanges are no longer possible.<\/p><ul><li><h3>Easily register your return<\/h3><\/li><\/ul><p>Let us know within these 14 days that you want to return the product via <a href=\"mailto:info@griphero.eu\">info@griphero.eu<\/a>.<\/p><ul><li><h3>Returns within 30 days of receiving the order<\/h3><\/li><\/ul><p>After your notification, you have at least 16 days to actually return the item. Return the item within 30 days of purchase in its original condition and in its original packaging. Then we will make sure you get your money back.  <\/p><p>Unfortunately, after 30 days we can no longer accept returned items and exchanges are no longer possible.<\/p><h2>Is the return free?<\/h2><ul><li><h3>Damaged or incorrectly shipped items<\/h3><\/li><\/ul><p>Returning damaged or incorrectly shipped items is free.<\/p><p>We will only refund the original shipping costs if you return the entire order. If you keep (part of) the items, the shipping costs will not be refunded. If the value after return falls below the amount for free shipping, we will deduct the shipping costs from the amount to be refunded.  <\/p><p>We cannot reimburse extra costs and taxes for shipping outside the EU.<\/p><p>Contact us at <a href=\"mailto:info@griphero.eu\">info@griphero.eu<\/a> and send us a photo of the items in question. We will then send you a free return label and further instructions.<\/p><ul><li><h3>Regret your purchase<\/h3><\/li><\/ul><p>If you return items that are not damaged or incorrectly delivered, the return costs are at your own expense. We hope to inspire you to shop consciously in this way. In this way, we contribute together to fewer returns and lower CO\u2082 emissions.  <\/p><p>We will only refund the original shipping costs if you return the entire order. We will send you an email with further instructions.<\/p><h2>What if my package is not delivered?<\/h2><p>Many of our packages are sent by registered mail, but unfortunately, in exceptional cases, a package may not be delivered. That is of course very annoying \u2013 for you and for us. In that case, please let us know as soon as possible via <a href=\"mailto:info@griphero.eu\">info@griphero.eu<\/a>, and no later than 30 days after purchase. We will then contact the delivery service immediately to trace the package and have it delivered. This investigation may take a few days, so we kindly ask you to be patient.    <\/p><p>If it turns out that the package cannot be found, we will of course offer you a suitable solution: we will refund the amount paid or send \u2013 if the item is still in stock \u2013 a new copy. Whatever your preference. <\/p><p><strong>Please note:<\/strong> we can unfortunately no longer process notifications that we receive later than 30 days after purchase.<\/p><h2>How do I get my money back?<\/h2><p>As soon as we have received your return shipment, we will refund the purchase amount within 10 working days.<\/p><p>The refund will be made via the same payment method that you used for your order.<\/p><h2>Questions?<\/h2><p>Do you still have questions after reading the information?
